1. Donations

All donations made to Anchored Pathways to Higher Education are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated to our educational programs, outreach efforts, or community initiatives.

If a donation was made in error or you believe it was unauthorized, please contact us within 7 business days at contact@anchoredpathways.org, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Program or Workshop Fees

If you register for a paid one-on-one session, workshop, or event, the following refund terms apply:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date.

• If Anchored Pathways cancels or postpones an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session.

3. Digital or Downloadable Materials

Currently, Anchored Pathways does not sell digital products. If that changes in the future, refund policies for digital resources will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
