You do not have to be the one going to school.
WHAT PEOPLE BRING US
College applications and deadlines. FAFSA and TASFA. Scholarships. Financial aid letters that do not make sense. Career planning. Transfer questions. Trade and technical programs. Military pathways.
A plan that fell apart and needs a new one.
Some families come with one question.
Some come with a folder. Both are fine.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Book online. Pick a time that works. You will get a confirmation.
Come at your appointment time. Bring your student if this is about them, or come alone. Either is fine.
Tell us what you need help with. You do not need to have it organized.
Leave with clear next steps written down. If you need follow-up, we can continue by WhatsApp.
If you have it, bring...
...anything you have already received from a school, a financial aid or award letter, or a short list of what you are trying to decide. If you have none of that, come anyway. Most people do.
If you need to cancel
Let us know so we can give the time to another family. Cancel through your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
There is no penalty for canceling and you can book again any time.
What we do and what we do not do
We help you understand your options, figure out what to ask, and know who at your school can answer it.
We do not make the decision for you, and we are not your school's advising office. When an answer has to come from your institution, we tell you exactly who to contact and what to ask them.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We use your contact information only to communicate about the program and to follow up with you.
We do not ask about your income or your immigration status.

Request a meeting with a Family Navigator instead. Free, in English or Spanish, scheduled around your availability including evenings.
