General Policy
Anchored Pathways is a community-based nonprofit. Most gifts received are charitable donations and are final and nonrefundable. Every contribution helps us continue providing blended navigation groups at local community centers, and we are grateful for your partnership in serving our neighbors.
Error Resolution
If you believe a donation was made in error or for an incorrect amount, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We value our relationship with our donors and will work with you to resolve processing mistakes within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Evaluation
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued in the event of duplicate transactions, clear processing errors, or technical unauthorized charges. Please have your transaction history ready when reaching out so we can better assist you.
Recurring Gifts
Recurring monthly gifts provide essential stability for our navigation groups. You can modify your contribution amount or cancel your recurring gift at any time by contacting our support team or through your donor portal settings.
Gifts and Services
Unless explicitly stated in writing, no goods or services are provided by Anchored Pathways in exchange for charitable donations. Your contribution is received as a selfless gift to support our community mission.
