Anchored Pathways to Higher Education is committed to responsible stewardship of all contributions. Donations support programs that help families navigate education and career pathways with clarity, confidence, and trusted guidance.

This policy explains how donations are handled and how refund requests may be addressed.

Use of Donations

Donations made to Anchored Pathways to Higher Education help support the organization’s mission to expand access to education guidance for families navigating college and career pathways.

Contributions may support activities such as:

• family guidance and navigation support
• bilingual workshops and community outreach
• partnerships with community organizations and faith communities
• development of community navigator training and resources

Donations allow Anchored Pathways to continue expanding access to trusted education guidance within the communities it serves.

Tax Deductibility

Anchored Pathways to Higher Education is recognized as a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. Donors should consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

Donation Processing

Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. Anchored Pathways does not store credit card or financial information on its website.

Donors will typically receive a confirmation of their contribution after the transaction is completed.

Refund Requests

Anchored Pathways understands that errors can occasionally occur during online transactions.

If a donation was made in error or requires correction, donors may contact the organization within 7 days of the original transaction to request assistance.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the donation will be returned using the original method of payment when possible.

Processing Fees

If a refund is issued, payment processing fees charged by third-party platforms may be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.
